It could be relief after a period of uncertainty, confusion about what it really means – it could be fear, closure, anxiety or, in the best cases, hope. That’s a word that Ellis has tried to focus on since finding out she had Huntington’s Disease four years ago. Despite there currently being no cure, she’s optimistic that’ll change in her lifetime.

The host has such a warm, comforting voice. She is a great conversationalist and I love how she structures her interviews. I am a Birthmother and started off with the adoption episode, it was so well made and it sucked me in. I’ve been binging it all day.
