Into Words is a podcast that speaks to real women about real issues that many of us can relate to. The guests will be as varied as the topics discussed, but the one thing they share is that by putting their feelings into words, they’re able to get just a little bit off their chest.

Relatable rhyming: Poetry but not as you know it Into Words

This isn’t your standard Into Words, today I’m mixing things up. Much like the guest I’m speaking to, I don’t do things by the book. A writer of verse and, as she describes, a head that’s full of rhymes, but it’s a dash of subtle comedy that sets her aside. She’s been called the Dr Seuss of Modern Dating, but not like Sam I Am – instead she’s making literature ‘cool’ on TikTok and the 'gram. But before I get too carried away and ruin poetry completely, I’d like you to meet Martha Macdonald (@marthawrites) – I promise, you’re in for a treaty!
  1. Relatable rhyming: Poetry but not as you know it

  6. Huntington’s Disease: There’s no cure but there’s hope
  7. Into Words: International Women’s Day special
  8. Sperm donation made my dream of being a mum come true
  9. Check your boobs ladies – it could save your life
  10. Crying, consent and other lessons I'm teaching my sons

The host has such a warm, comforting voice. She is a great conversationalist and I love how she structures her interviews. I am a Birthmother and started off with the adoption episode, it was so well made and it sucked me in. I’ve been binging it all day.

This podcast is fantastic! I listened to the sober doesn’t mean the party is over episode and I was completely blown away! I learned about some really helpful resources. I have helped friends get sober and struggled with moderation in the past so it’s nice to hear someone be open and honest about their struggles and their journey. Highly recommend this podcast. There is something for everyone!
